In that spirit, we are pleased to support and offer the FREE SERVICES of the Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) along with a strategic partnership with Industry Council for Small Business Development to County residents who wish to start and grow their businesses here.
We can help qualified local, small businesses be competitive, contract ready, and informed about upcoming contract opportunities through regular meetings, workshops, and one-on-one advising.
The Silicon Valley PTAC Advisors have a wealth of experience in both procurement and business management. In our work with small business owners, we have experience in the areas of accounting, marketing, bid/proposal, pricing, and contract administration. PTAC Advisors assist business owners with all aspects of procurement including registration with government entities, certification programs (both Federal and State), identifying appropriate agencies to target, developing marketing strategies, assistance in proposal development, and the administrative aspects once a contract is awarded. The Advisors utilize the fact that they do come from different backgrounds, often consulting with each other to make sure clients receive the type of help they need at each stage.
